🌟 Energy Movements - mix of Somatic exercises, Breathwork, Kundalini yoga, Mantra chanting and (maybe!!) Dance moves. 🌟
*Kava Ritual and Sound Ceremony: you will sip this ancient root tea to melt away all the stress accumulated meanwhile a Space Music will guide you to a mind journey across the vast Universe, where you will decide to Dance or just Meditate.
*Kava is a traditional Pacific beverage. It is more than just a drink, it's a spiritual elixir. Derived from the roots of the kava plant, it has been used for centuries to promote relaxation, connection, and a sense of well-being. Beyond its physical effects, kava can induce a state of heightened awareness and spiritual connection.
